Franck Blanc has made it an important address on the Croix-Rousse, and his chef Junzo Matsuno knows how to renew himself over time, bringing in vegetables direct from the house gardens, in a menu that's always interesting: salmon gravlax, avocado cream, red kiwi, kale coulis; roasted Herriko beef rib steak, cider vinegar jus, sweet potato purée, red cabbage, chioggia beet; hazelnut financier, mandarin-caramel-passion cream, in a very good card menu at €45. Interesting cellar, authentic traditional bistro atmosphere.
