In the former Passe-temps location, Flavien Guarato—who previously worked at Culina Hortus—is carrying on the legacy of this chic and discreet spot near Cours Vitton. As the name suggests, he serves a menu focused on plant-based and seafood dishes, with a selection kept under wraps—even at lunch, which is highly recommended for its affordable prices: the “Végétal” at €34 and the “Végétal et Marin” at €39.
