The lunch menu is one of the best deals in the area, priced at just €28 and offering new ideas every ten days. The cuisine is contemporary and well executed, served in a loft-like setting with an industrial-style cast-iron structure and mezzanine, for a pleasant feeling of space. To discover on the plate, butternut and carrot velouté with Thai flavors, seed crumble, fish of the day, barley, fennel and Caesar sauce, veal, parsnip mousseline, confit leek, pommes grenailles and jus, chocolate rice pudding, hazelnut and orange, rose des sables choco-noisette.
