Gourmet Restaurant Tabata and Ludovic Mey's new project goes back to basics: a chic bistro with an eye for detail, careful decor and great traditions on the plate. The compositions are beautifully precise: soft-boiled egg on buckwheat pastry, sweet onion soubise and choron sauce, breaded whiting Colbert with breadcrumbs, gribiche sauce, parsley root and creamed spinach, poultry fricassee with old sherry vinegar, tarragon and rigatoni gratin, pear savarin, light cake soaked in amber rum syrup, pears and vanilla whipped cream. Lunch menu €32.
