Chef's Restaurant A consistent, unchanging address that has been serving traditional Japanese cuisine of the highest standard for over ten years. You'll find all the izakaya essentials with the rigor that justifies their good reputation: chicken karaagé, caramelized pork stew, mackerel sushi, tuna and salmon maki, miso soup, green tea crème brûlée. Very good service.
