Gourmet Restaurant Pierre Mercier and Yuko Matsumoto met at Chapel before opening their first restaurant in Croix-Rousse. Since 2018, the couple have settled on Cours Vitton in this beautiful granite-fronted house, where they practice Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine. The result is a beautiful symbiosis, and we'll be back for the shelled mussels in mushroom velvet and coffee oil, butternut squash mousse and porcini crumble, arctic char steak with salamander, leeks with nioja and capers, Jerusalem artichoke velvet and potato millefeuille, chorizo oil, cooked bull chuck fondant, risotto tied with chard green, olive and sage, autumn confit. Formula €40.
