Gault&Millau's review 2026

On Cours Vitton, near Masséna station, the table of Pierre Mercier and Yuko Matsumoto (whose first name's initials make up their name) is a happy association, full of balance and intelligence. The result of this four-handed collaboration is a beautiful fusion of French and Japanese cuisine, with fish aiguillettes in matcha tea salted sauce, salmon egg, celery velvet and black quinoa, candied kumquat and dashi vinaigrette, a cod back in oyster steam, leek and Jerusalem artichoke velvet, baby spinach and bergamot juices, poached veal chuck in marmite, creamed langoustine juices, fresh pasta, chard and iodized crumble, lychee dessert in bavarois and raspberry cream, matcha tea gavotte, lychee and ginger sorbet. Lunch menu €40.
