Gourmet Restaurant A few steps from the Massena metro station, on the Cours Vitton, an attractive restaurant that was once the Trocadéro. Pierre and Yuko skilfully blend their cultures to offer French cuisine with Asian touches. Special mention for the starter, a duo of Isigny oysters stiffened in their own water, watercress nage with horseradish and beet cooked in a salt crust, spiced cucumber cream, very original and tasty, beautifully cooked veal chuck confit with clementine juice, spinach and polenta with parmesan, root vegetables in coconut milk, with a generous, gourmet sauce, a rather classic and less convincing dessert, an exotic composition on a milk chocolate and coconut cookie, tangy mango and herb sorbet. The wine list, featuring regional wines, is pleasant and well-constructed.
