Chef's Restaurant After more than forty years of holding the sceptre over the city, Pierre Boussereau no longer really needs to reinvent himself. In this beautiful manor house with its well-kept courtyard-garden, he welcomes the faithful with the same brio and passion as on his first day, succeeding, as usual, in surprising them with personal compositions and associations. There's no need to impress with a lengthy menu either, just a single menu and basta, for €125: asparagus with gribiche sauce and Parma ham matured for six years in-house, pike-perch fillet and eel lacquered with soy-lemon broth, roast guinea fowl (Chocats farm) with fir bud sauce... Intimate atmosphere for a small number of diners, with matching wines.
