Gourmet Restaurant In the center of the wine village, this Soufflot is an attractive market table, which has put as much effort into its decoration as it has into its dishes. It's a tradition well reproduced in a serious setting, with parquet flooring, old stone and an astonishing plant ceiling, illuminated by a glass roof. To accompany a fine Burgundy cellar of some 200 references, organic eggs en meurette with Irancy ratafia, salmon fillet and sorrel sauce, Gaston Gérard-style poultry ham, celery purée and comté tuile, strawberry and rhubarb fountain.
