Chef's Restaurant Takeshi Otomura's table is a fine example of French tradition as seen through the eyes of a Japanese chef in a winegrowing stronghold, using the savoir-faire of a grand maison to serve dishes from the regional repertoire. The result is the pleasure of a perfectionist's plate, where you'll rediscover œuf en meurette, pôchouse à la truite de Prégilbert or bœuf bourguignon. Contemporary desserts include strawberry and white pepper panna cotta, ratafia jelly and thyme sorbet. Well-stocked cellar.
