Keigo Kimura loves Burgundy, which he presents with equal enthusiasm at his two addresses in Auxerre and Dijon. His pretty town table in this stone house is an opportunity to enjoy good regional cuisine, revisited with a touch of the exotic: ajitama egg meurette, Crisenon trout, raito and artichoke sauce, shiitake broth, guinea fowl supreme with shiitake, foie gras jus and cream, strawberry and elderberry sweet with a cloud of anise. Very friendly welcome.
