Gourmet Restaurant By expanding his teams, Keigo Kimura is pleasing as many people as possible, and anyone who doesn't make the round trip from Auxerre to Dijon (where the other Aspérule is located) every day will find this fine seasonal cuisine, inspired as much by regional tradition as by Japan, in the heart of the icaunaise prefecture. The atmosphere is calm and zen, the house pleasant and pretty at the top of Rue du Pont, the choice limited but sufficient and above all an undeniable price-pleasure ratio. At €43 for dinner, the "Ajitama" meurette-style egg, the original and tasty congre and foie gras en matelote bourguignonne, arctic char with Nantua sauce, veal with Godard sauce, asparagus and broccoli, strawberry with verbena sorbet.
