A stone house in the heart of the old town, a sober, uncluttered setting and, at the helm, chef Keigo Kimura, who divides his time between the prefecture of Yonne and Côte-d'Or, where his other Aspérule is located. The menu focuses on the great bistro classics: a good poultry flammekuche with mustard sauce, a leg of lamb with Sarladaise potatoes and Liège sauce, and a well-crafted citrus cheesecake, for a whole that retains its toque without quivering.
