Prestige Hotel
The Domaine du Roncemay is a haven of peace for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The property extends over 140 hectares, including 25 hectares of orchards and 60 hectares of golf course: a paradise for swing enthusiasts since the 1990s, when this former hunting lodge was converted into a hotel. Taken over in 2018 by two partners, Jeanne Frangié and Thierry Garret, the property is now undergoing a new transformation. The 23 rooms and suites are harmoniously distributed between the "Château" and the imposing longère. The hotel lends golf clubs and even offers lessons. Tennis and petanque courts are also freely accessible, with rackets, balls and boules. The 800 m2 spa, with its swimming pool and Burgundy stonework, was inspired by a Burgundy washhouse in the nearby medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. There's a fine choice of restaurants, including the Bistrot du Château and the Erre gourmet restaurant by chefs Clément Vergeat and Marine Mateos.
