Hélène Grégoire offers exquisite French bistronomy, providing a break from Lyon’s usual fare and a chance to discover a more personal take on local cuisine. It’s an elegant, minimalist space with a few vintage touches: tables with wrought-iron legs, old bistro chairs, hardwood floors, and globe lamps. The €28 weekly menu offers excellent value for money, featuring corn cream soup with smoked haddock and chives, thyme-roasted free-range chicken, crispy potatoes, escarole, and an exotic Fontainebleau dessert with pineapple, passion fruit, and coconut. Well-stocked wine cellar.
