Olivier Kohen and Clément Verneuil propose a fine French bistronomy, a departure from the usual Lyonnais fare and a more personal vision of the terroir. It's an elegant, uncluttered place, with a few old-fashioned elements, such as tables with forged steel legs, old bistro chairs, parquet flooring and globe lamps. The weekday menu at €28 is excellent value for money, with cream of corn and smoked haddock, chives, free-range chicken roasted with thyme, crispy potatoes, chicory and an exotic fontainebleau with pineapple, passion fruit and coconut. Cellar adapted.
