Chef's Restaurant There's always a lot of talk about these three Daniel and Denise, the noblesse du bouchon, and their mentor Joseph Viola, MOF chef admired by all, from the greatest to the smallest. Some say the plate is better when he's around. For our part, we tasted, in the historic rue de Créqui, a calf's head as tasty as ever, with its unctuous ravigote, just served at the right temperature, and a memorable poultry tournedos with morel mushrooms, not forgetting, for a change, the "curé" omelette, with crayfish as it should be. This cuisine and its chef still deserve high praise, the room was full at Créqui, the wine is good, and the €45 menu, with pâté croûte and quenelle, makes an excellent introduction.
