Gourmet Restaurant Lots of good ideas in this cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and by the drive of the protagonists. Najem and Corinne, who launched Ayla last year with the Dotation Gault&Millau pour les Jeunes Talents. There's plenty of talent here, in the chic, understated decor, the ambiance and, of course, the dishes, which are constantly renewed, inventive and striking: vine leaf in tempura, cauliflower labneh with cep praline, marinated eggplant with smoked eel and coconut sabayon, barbecued sardines with feta and green tomato marmalade, lamb sausage with ribot milk and trout roe... A lunch menu at €27, and in the evening, a mezze-style farandole as you pick and share.
