It's a must-visit address for bouchon lovers, in place for over twenty years and fulfilling its mission with remarkable regularity. Traditional recipes are reproduced year after year, with the same gesture, to rediscover the good taste of oeufs en meurette, herring apples in oil, pike quenelle with lobster sauce, Bobosse andouillette with veal strawberry, cervelas forestier and pistaché à la beaujolaise, tarte praline and île flottante.
