Gourmet Restaurant A modest bouchon that doesn't say its name and yet performs its function with friendliness, simplicity and loyalty, since it has been listed in our database for over twenty years. If you're in the mood for a real Lyonnais dish, in a family atmosphere, here you'll find tablier de sapeur, quenelle de brochet, andouillette Bobosse and foie de veau en persillade. You can add ravioli gratin, Isère trout gravlax and finish with chocolate mousse. Lovely setting, red banquettes and old framed photos.
