As soon as she finished secondary school, she embarked on a BTS and a technological baccalaureate. She then landed a job as a commis at La Villa Florentine in Lyon, working alongside Davy Tissot. A year and a half later, she joined Sébastien Mahuet's team at La Réserve in Nice.
In 2012, she joined Marcel Ravin at the Monte-Carlo Bay's Blue Bay restaurant as chef de partie. " He has a cuisine all his own, which opened my eyes to creativity and flavors from elsewhere," she details. She stayed there for two years, then moved on to La Pyramide, in Vienne (Isère), with Patrick Henriroux. "It was a fine establishment with a fine kitchen, where I was able to evolve with two MOFs who helped me perfect my skills."
After a summer season at Château de Chapeau Cornu, in Vignieu (Isère), she got in touch with Marcel Ravin. "Working there as a sous-chef, she met Lebanese chef Najem Atmeh, with whom she developed the idea of a restaurant. Supported by the Gault&Millau Jeunes Talents Endowment, they opened Ayla in Lyon's 6th arrondissement in May 2023, where they revisit Lebanese cuisine. The Guide Jaune awarded them a handsome 12.5/20 and included them in the 2024 edition of 109 - Le Sang neuf de la gastronomie française.
