Equally at home at lunch or dinner, chef Olivier Delbergues proves his savoir-faire both with efficient seasonal bistronomy and an excellent value-for-money tasting menu at €45. Located a stone's throw from the Halles Bocuse, the restaurant is well-sourced, offering creamy Jerusalem artichoke, snails in hazelnut oil, bresaola and arugula pesto, pan-seared foie gras escalope, granny apples and hibiscus jus, veal and root fricassee with wild mushrooms, or a creamy coconut palet with pineapple marmalade and mango compote. Maryline Delbergues provides excellent direction in the dining room.
