Chef's Restaurant Initially launched by Mathieu L'Her and Benjamin Millard, the latter has now been replaced by Alexis Lauriac, also from Têtedoie, thus retaining the same spirit: the happy alliance of rigorous technique and creativity. The dining experience is as lively as ever, with the highest standards of fine dining at the service of sought-after bistronomy, and at prices that defy all competition. We'll be back for the superb €40 menu with its parsley and bergamot starter, scallops with onion and Timut pepper, plaice, potimarron and poplar moth, wild boar with Brussels sprouts and samphire, and the signature chocolate and agastache dessert. A short, intelligent cellar.
