Chef's Restaurant The counter goes wild as you count down the days to your next reservation: this is an address that must be earned and that requires patience. Mathieu L'Her's success in the dining room and Alexis Lauriac's in the kitchen, both of whom came from Têtedoie's restaurant, are responsible for this modern, fun-loving restaurant, with a fine, precise offer and good food at reasonable prices. The evening sequence at €38 is a real bargain in this beautiful parquet-floored setting, with a quality vegetable starter based around walnut and passion cauliflower, butternut monkfish or lamb leek séchouan, and lemon sesame chocolate to finish.
