Gourmet Restaurant This magical address has retained much of its charm since the departure of Ludovic and Tabata. To succeed them, two friends have mixed the codes of the neo-bistro in the dining room with the elegant spirit of Tuscan cuisine. Thomas Asti has worn out his knickers, in his dad's restaurant: Tartufo, rue Saint Hélène in the 2ᵉ. The menu is short, in the spirit of an osteria. For lunch, for 25 euros - barely - a delicious winter minestrone, a crostino with chanterelles and mascarpone, and an excellent tiramisu are sure to lift your spirits. For dinner, Margaux Couzon will advise you with a smile and precision. For starters, the delicious agnolini in brodo are perfectly cooked in this highly aromatic broth. For pasta, the risotto with fennel sausage and mushrooms is creamy and fragrant. The fennel seeds give the palate a vegetal, aniseed flavor. At the next table, a Milanese-style farmhouse pork chop and a potato mousseline are very appetizing. Elmira's torta: pine nuts, raisins and lemon ricotta, and the tiramisu are also classics of the house. The wine list could do with a little more depth. Wise prices, for the moment...
