Following the departure of Tabata and Ludovic Mey from Les Apothicaires, the address was taken over by Thomas Asti, who has turned it into a top-notch osteria. The menu is small and precise, leaving room for technique and fine products. Well-trained by his father in Tartufo, the chef showcases solid Tuscan cuisine, with vitello tonnato, cauliflower, parmigiano fondue and almonds, fettucine cacio e pepe, squash risotto, guanciale and fontina, veal chuck, parsnip purée, parsnip chips, cavolo nero and almonds, tiramisù or torta caprese. Lunch menu €26.
