Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful long terrace and a more contemporary spirit welcome lovers of Lyonnais traditions, for a pleasant experience without compromising on the pleasures of the bouchon lyonnais. Chef Cédric Garin executes the classics with the strength of experience: a tatin of pig's trotters and parsley snails, the unmissable quenelle of pike with lobster sauce, the famous andouillette Bobosse with mustard sauce and paillasson lyonnais, and tarte aux pralines. Regional winery, between Burgundy and the Rhône Valley.
