Gourmet Restaurant An emblematic bouchon (yet another) in the quiet Rue Claudia, a sure bet with many highlights in its repertoire, including herring, poultry liver salad, tablier de sapeur (sapper's apron) and rognons persillés (marbled kidneys). Atmosphere of regulars, fillette de beaujolais at €11, from a classic cellar quite extensive in the beaujolais bourgogne rhône area.
