Gourmet Restaurant It's a long history handed down over the decades, a testament to the former halles des Cordeliers, once located just opposite the Brunet counter. With its 1930s decor, Vichy tablecloths, counter and old advertisements, the restaurant has retained its charm of yesteryear, transporting us back in time to Lyon's bon vivant. Today, in the hands of Benjamin Baldassini, the restaurant perpetuates its classics: poultry liver cake, herring maatjes in oil, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables, pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, tablier de sapeur (sapper's apron), andouillette de la maison Braillon with white wine cream sauce. Winery focusing on the Rhône Valley and Beaujolais (Jamet, Guigal, Gripa, Foillard, Duclaux etc.).
