A place not to be missed, a great name in "bouchon", a meeting place for Lyonnais and tourists alike, with a certain level of comfort and good service in the dining room. Local products from the best houses (such as quenelles from Giraudet or andouillette from Braillon) are used, the spirit of the 1930s decor is preserved, and the presentation is carefully thought out to delight: œuf meurette, veal kidneys with cream and mustard, tablier de sapeur, sweetbreads with cream and morels. Pot de beaujolais €20.
