Gourmet Restaurant The menu fuses Lyon and Asia (bo bun, bao, duck confit spring roll, pâté en croûte, chicken and mushroom wontons...), while an attractive €85 tasting menu allows you to explore the house from top to bottom. Ruijun sun's cooking is as masterful as it is creative, and this makes for some of the most interesting tastings in town: lobster tartelette breton citron caviar, wontons gambas bulots citronnelle, turbot beurre blanc thé oolong, magret topinambour, pavlova litchi framboise rose... just some of the latest dishes seen at the end of the year. The interior is sober, the service discreet and precise in a gentle atmosphere.
