Gault&Millau's review 2026

This quiet corner, close to the Rhône, welcomes employees and executives alike, who meet for the right reason. Today's cuisine, neither bouchon nor folklore, is deployed in this welcoming Atelier, with a lunch menu at €31.50, including coffee, that always brings a certain distinction: vegetable velouté with foie gras, pollack, chuck, chocolate cabbage... A la carte, a few noble ingredients in addition, such as scallops or Aubrac beef. A connoisseur's cellar of well-selected wines (Les Aphillantes, La Reméjeanne, Clos Bellane en rhône, for example).
