Gault&Millau's review 2026

An elegant, well-kept bistro that benefits from the fine clientele of the Bourse district. Local employees appreciate the two-course lunch menu (€23), which includes the Dubarry foie gras and hazelnut velouté and the veal burger with grenailles egg parfait, which can be topped up with a homemade baba with green tea syrup for an extra €5. A la carte or superior menus (€39, three courses) feature noble products and regional specialties, including pike quenelle, beurre blanc scallops, lobster gnocchi, oeufs meurette and poultry with morel mushrooms. Cellar rhône bourgogne beaujolais at fair prices.
