Gourmet Restaurant At the heart of the international city of wine and gastronomy, the Table des Climats plays a crucial role in showcasing the region's riches. With the takeover by Jean-Bruno Gosse, who arrived from Loiseau des Ducs in July, a new era has begun. We've been there since the opening, and the beginnings have enabled us, at the very least, to secure the mark and the toque, perhaps hoping for better in the coming months.
