Gault&Millau's review 2025

A piece of Burgundy's history, and one of the city's most seductive addresses... A stone's throw from the old Dukes' Palace, this house is built around a former convent and a sumptuous half-timbered house opening onto a courtyard whose Gothic architecture is listed as a historic monument, all complemented by a more contemporary building. Depending on your mood, you can stay in the 14 rooms of the old house, which has preserved its high ceilings and original beams, or opt for a more modern ambience in the 26 rooms of the new wing. A place full of charm, enriched by a bistronomic restaurant led by chef Anthony Denis, now one of Dijon's favorite restaurants.
