Depending on your mood, you can settle into one of the 14 rooms in the historic building—which has retained its high ceilings and original beams—or opt for a more modern atmosphere in one of the 26 rooms in the new wing. A charming place made even more special by a bistronomic restaurant led by chef Denis Vankerrebrouck, now one of the favorite dining spots among the people of Dijon.
