This well-kept establishment offers the people of Dijon an atmosphere of bourgeois good taste, comfort and manners. The menu follows the same theme, that of reassuring, well-executed cuisine: pâté en croûte marinated in yellow wine, yellowtail sashimi with yuzu and wasabi, poultry with myrtle berries, white asparagus and peas, chicken jus with sherry vinegar, cannelloni au gratin with comté cheese, mushroom and onion stuffing and morel mushroom sauce... The prices remain reasonable, and the desserts are in the same familiar, polished vein: rice pudding with Madagascar vanilla, candied rhubarb and strawberries with tarragon cream. A good Burgundian menu at €45.
