The area is fairly quiet, yet very close to the heart of town, and this Piano va piano is heading in the right direction, that of a solidly classical cuisine interpreted by the same chef, Didier Robert, for over twenty years. The menu is simple and straightforward, and the good €43 price tag does the trick, with the organic asparagus-béarnaise egg or snail ravioli, chicken with morel mushrooms and pan-fried cherries with acacia flower glaze. Small terrace at the back.
