Wine cellar and bar, a convivial place to exchange ideas about wine and regional recipes. The menu of Burgundian specialties at €39.90 makes a good choice, reviewing well-realized standards with a touch of personality: escargots, oeufs meurette, crispy marinated pork and glazed onions, pressé de bœuf façon bourguignon, chicken in Gaston Gérard sauce with Bresse cream, Fallot mustard and comté cheese. We finish with blackcurrants, creamy and compote to keep on the right note. Over 500 references in the cellar and a dozen wines by the glass.
