Gault&Millau's review 2025

Right in the heart of Dijon, opposite Place Darcy, this hotel, housed in a 1920s building, offers a contemporary alternative to the often classically refined hotel scene. The 42 rooms and suites blend Haussmannian style with modern design, featuring white monochrome tones, designer furniture and waxed parquet floors. The Embassy Bar offers a fine selection of cocktails and champagne, and is electrified every weekend by the sounds of a DJ, all backed by a Cigar Bar reserved for connoisseurs. Designed for both business and well-being, the hotel also boasts a Nuxe spa with indoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms, not to mention an all-day dining menu featuring traditional cuisine served in jars in the rooms only.
