Efforts in the kitchen are well deserving of the toque acquired last year in this pretty old house in the historic center. The theme, like the green and creamy surroundings, is very much of today, with a fine blend of tradition and contemporary influences, such as pâté en croûte, mackerel with green asparagus, miso and flax, small spelt mushroom, kale cabbage and comté risotto, and blackcurrant and Flavigny aniseed tartlet in a pleasant €38 menu.
