Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the beautiful cobblestones of old Dijon, a table and terrace that are very popular. Over the years, Laetitia and Florian Portanier have found their rhythm, and the chef, focused on what he likes to do: "grandma's" cuisine that's well up to date, now deserves a toque, notably for his commitment to working mainly with local, seasonal produce: perfect egg morteau leek potato, veal from the Clavisy farm peas mint and carrot, strawberry tarragon tartlet in a good sequence at 38 €. Lunch menu at €26, a cellar with a good reputation for offering affordable Burgundies.
