Gourmet Restaurant A classic in the Guillotière district, where people come for the food as well as the cellar. The furniture echoes the spirit in a more contemporary tone, with light wood tables encircled by black steel, and large shelves to remind us of the house's vocation as a wine shop. The plates are the expression of true savoir-faire, with the Rhône flowing all the way to the Mediterranean. On the menu: escargots de Quincieux with parsley butter, pâté croûte of poultry, duck breast and hazelnut rabbit, fillet of sea bass marinated in lemon and rosemary, eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini and kalamansi emulsion, 8-hour chuck of beef, baby carrots, spring onion, jus and pressed potatoes with bacon, crêpes Suzette with Grand Marnier. The cellar is a traveler and its heart, deeply Rhone-based, from Beaujolais and the Rhone Valley: Chemarin, Vionnet, Lapalu, La Sœur Cadette, Guillot-Broux, La Bongran, Montez, Saladin, Maxime François Laurent.
