Gourmet Restaurant A young address to watch (the well-known house was taken over two years ago), which doesn't go overboard by copying or improvising, but which offers pretty contemporary cuisine on this square, now pedestrianized to better appreciate the terrace. A short menu that doesn't avoid the octopus carpaccio that's everywhere, but offers a very decent foie gras with figs, low-temperature veal with parsnip cream and tomato condiment, and a good seasonal mirabelle plum dessert, for a bill of around €50 - €60. The cellar is not stupid, not huge, but varied, with a definite advantage in wines by the glass (épineuil de Moutard at €7.50, cotes de toul de Laroppe at €6.50...).
