Fanny and Arnaud aren't even in their thirties, and their elegant bistro on the town's eponymous square is already one of the best in town. Their seasonal cuisine is presented on a limited menu, with three starters, three main courses and three desserts, for freshness and regular renewal. The plates show real expertise, both visually and substantively, with a starter of roasted king prawns, curry spices, creamy cauliflower and pickles, a fillet of steamed pike-perch, turnip and radish, risotto-style wheat and herbaceous sauce vierge, a fillet of veal marinated in basil, crumble and mashed potatoes with parmesan, jus réduit, and a convincing dessert of mirabelle plums. A good choice by the glass, with around 15 references; a short, interesting cellar (Julien Klein, Domaine des Béliers, Aegerter, Leflaive, Huet, J.-L. Colombo...).
