One of the city's oldest establishments (formerly the Hôtel de Strasbourg), owned by the Gatinois family for three generations and a perfect symbol of the rich decorative arts that characterize Nancy's architecture. Expanded in 2018, the hotel features 81 contemporary rooms and suites, with a ground-floor bar warmed by a beautiful fireplace and the city's first hotel spa, with pool, hammam and treatment rooms. A special mention must also go to the lounge bar, the glass-roofed winter garden and the vast rooftop, where you can enjoy a cocktail imagined by head bartender Jocelyn, while admiring the delightful Place André-Maginot (formerly Place Saint-Jean) below and the baroque facade of the town's Protestant temple.
