One of the city’s oldest establishments (formerly the Hôtel de Strasbourg), owned by the Gatinois family for three generations and a perfect symbol of the rich decorative arts that characterize Nancy’s architecture. Completely renovated in 2021 and 2024, the hotel features 81 rooms and suites with contemporary charm, including, on the ground floor, a bar warmed by a beautiful fireplace and the city’s first hotel spa, complete with a pool, hammam, and treatment rooms. Also worth mentioning are the lounge bar, the winter garden topped with a lovely glass roof, and the spacious rooftop—Nancy’s first rooftop bar—where guests can enjoy a cocktail crafted by head bartender, Jocelyn, while admiring the delightful Place André-Maginot (formerly Place Saint-Jean) below and the Baroque façade of the city’s Protestant church.
