Chef's Restaurant At the foot of the Basilica, this fine restaurant has stood the test of time without a single wrinkle. Like its chef, Bertrand Heckmann, who is never short of ideas for magnifying the excellent produce he selects from his regular suppliers. His cuisine has style, without exoticism or frills, and gets straight to the point: scampi with kumquat and coral, grilled sea bass with zucchini and thyme socca, pigeon with turnips in salmis sauce, mille-feuille and Madagascar vanilla light cream. Well-composed menus, including an introductory formula at €36, and a complete wine cellar with a wide range of wines from most of the vineyards.
