Selected For almost fifteen years, this contemporary bistro has been feeding the neighborhood, with its market-fresh cuisine with a slight fusion flavour. The genre is set and the level is constant, with well-prepared plates and a loyal clientele who like to return to their usual fare: prawn nems, pineapple gel and coriander, filet of pollack in an olive crust and mousseline, ballotine of poultry with morel mushrooms and mashed potatoes, infused rhubarb and tonka cream.
