Louis Brochet's interesting exercise with the same wine, a blend of a 2017 base and a Pinot Noir solera started in 2010. The difference between the two "Dizygotes" cuvées is the corking. Here, a capsule bottling has been chosen. The nose is rich and fleshy, with aromas of marzipan, warm milk and toast. The well-presented bubbles accompany a good-quality material, with a mineral and saline framework, salivating. The finish is chewy, with an enveloping chalkiness.
