The lively nose, restrained but complex, delivers aromas of citrus, black fruit, cookies and spices. The palate is fresh, mineral and slightly sour, with notes of pear, granny smith, peach and citrus (lemon, grapefruit, bitter orange). Then the wine gains in concentrated, balanced sweetness with apricot. The finish is sapid, zesty and refreshing. Enjoy at the table.
