With its remarkable golden color, this brut has a nose of roasted yellow fruit and spiced sponge cake. The palate is fresh, well-balanced, sapid and very greedy, revealing yellow fruits (apricot, peach), tropical fruits (green pineapple, mango) and juicy sweet citrus. A wine to open at the table and enjoy as the concentrated finish lingers.
