A cuvée that has spent ten years on its lees. Its deep yellow color reflects this and reveals finely woody, vanilla and spicy aromas. On the palate, there's a good amount of mousse and a fine bitterness. A top-of-the-range cuvée, rich, vinous and very ripe, to be reserved for poultry or fish in sauce.
