This cuvée, made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, has everything to please. The nose is remarkably fine and complex, combining raspberry, sloe and white fruit with the green freshness of grape and fig leaf. On the palate, the champagne reveals its finest finery, with an enveloping power of roasted flavors that open to an exceptional length on notes of shortbread dough. Enjoy with a Japanese-style seaweed and sesame seed salad.
