A fine Pinot Noir (15% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier) with the house signature of very fine bitters against a background of liquorice. A generous (but elegant) brut where honeyed apricot plays with floral notes such as old rose. Lovely lingering taste of cherry.
