An almost amber copper color, this Ratafia is made from Pinot Noir grapes from the 2018 harvest. It is aged for 3 years in oak barrels. Like a call to gourmandise, the nose evokes strawberry jam, while the palate offers notes of cocoa and vanilla-flavored baked apples. Enjoy as a starter with melon and Parma ham.
