Lots of sugar, a slightly heavy roast. -16Château Tour Blanche (la) Les Charmilles de - Sauternes - 2015 - WhiteFresh, fruity nose, not very complex but elegant. Round, fresh, juicy palate for an excellent aperitif wine, full of charm and fruit - 16Château Tour Blanche (la) - Sauternes - 2015 - WhiteA dense nose, with advanced roasting, notes of camphor, spices and roasted pineapple. A little heavy on the palate, lacking dynamism, slightly pommadé. - 16,5 Clos des Lunes - Sauternes - 2015 - WhiteSlightly encaustic nose, fresher with aeration, pineapple. The palate is well established, straightforward and taut, with lovely freshness and magnificent aromatic complexity. Full on the palate with tension, a beautiful roast, nobility for this wine with an interminable finish. Dense, round and juicy on the palate, with an airy finish. Juicy, full, fresh and full-bodied on the palate, simply magnificent. - 18,5+Château Climens - Sauternes - 2015 - WhitePrecise nose, apricot, pineapple, white flowers, very complex but always elegant. On the palate, a touch of caramel, volume and tension, a delicate, airy finish. Simply magnificent on bitter orange. Superb Barsac tension - 19Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey Hommage à Denis Dubourdieu - Sauternes - 2015 - WhiteFresh, precise, very delicate nose with notes of pear, peach, pineapple and mineral. Elegant complexity. Beautiful full-bodied liqueur, precise, charming yet dense and suave. A great moment, a great Sauternes that lets its clay terroir express itself. - 19
