Burgundy-Franche-Comté chefs and gastronomy players honored at Gault&Millau tour 2021. The event took place at the Parc des Expositions in Charolles, known for its famous cattle breed, on Monday, June 14, 2021. The ceremony awarded several trophies to regional talents: Gault&Millau d’Or, Grand de Demain, Jeune Talent, Cuisine de la Mer, Terroir d'Exception, Tradition d'Aujourd'hui, Techniques d'Excellence, Pâtissier, Accueil, Sommelier, Solidaire, and Éloquence. Culinary demonstrations by chefs highlighted the products of present partners, accompanied by apprentices from the Jean Lameloise Training Center in Mercurey. Guests enjoyed a lunch cocktail by Chef Frédéric Doucet, who hosted a dinner for regional chefs, partners, and Gault&Millau teams at Maison Doucet the night before the event.
