Gourmet Restaurant Just ten kilometers west of Lyon, this remarkable contemporary complex features a colorful, uncluttered dining room, an impressive shaded terrace protected by tall trees, and a lounge bar, making it the ideal place for fine weather and special family or business occasions. The à la carte offerings are those of a high-end brasserie, with revisited classics: perfect egg and Dubarry cream, Parma ham potato chips, bouquet of lamb's lettuce, fillet of saithe roasted on the skin, tangy basil cream, parmesan risotto and stuffed cocktail tomatoes, Herdshire sirloin steak, reduced jus, truffle vegetable pressé, yellow cauliflower, creamy celery...
