Gabriel Delhomme is a Burgundian exile in Lyon, dedicated to producing a convivial gourmet experience. Located in a covered area of Valmy, his table is the epicurean rendez-vous par excellence, with as much taste for the plate as for the glass. The menu is full of discoveries, including duck leg confit, bacon crumble and red wine jam; scallops and mashed potatoes, cabbage and coral mayonnaise; lamb with glazed vegetables, celery, anchovies and lamb jus; and chocolate cream, cep ice cream, meringue and cocoa streusel.
