Gault&Millau's review2025
In the suburbs of Lyon, an exciting place to dine, as much for its unique decor as for the chef's plates, which reinvent traditions with creativity and performance. A top-quality brasserie, it boasts a powerfully crafted neo-Art Deco style, combining marbled tiles, dark walls, clean lines, industrial piping and 1930s furniture; and an equally graphic plate, which brings old-fashioned recipes up to date. On the menu: the perfect free-range egg, pea mousseline and chiffonade of Parma ham; hake back with spinach, cherry tomato vierge and Niçoise ratatouille; lacquered duck breast with sweet spice jus and Apicius-style chestnut honey and creamy parmesan polenta; apricot-verbena floating island. Diligent service. Suitable cellar.
