Fifteen kilometers west of Lyon, in the heart of nature, this pretty house with its terrace facing the greenery is a bucolic place where you can rediscover the traditions of France. The €30 menu does the trick, with red mullet a la plancha and pea ragout, strips of squid grilled with garlic, tomato coulis with coriander and vegetable rice timbale, or a breaded chicken roll stuffed with fromage frais and spinach, carrots with garlic.
