Remarkable Restaurant Close to Chantilly, this table nestled in a green setting has everything to ensure that guests enjoy a delicious culinary experience. Chef Guillaume Guibet offers his guests, comfortably seated on the shady terrace overlooking the flower-filled garden, four surprise menus, including the promising seven-course Évasion at €130. After the five amuse-bouches, a fresh first course: ceviche sea bream, avocado, kiwi, leche du tigre, tagette oil ; followed by Breton lobster, koshi-hikari rice, lobster sauce, lobster gyoza, classic but oh so delicious, and then the saint-Pierre on caper juice accompanied by a girolles-amandes-coques cassolette, milk-fed veal, petit pois, cecina, veal jus, ribot milk emulsion, before the worked cheese, and two seasonal desserts, rhubarb tacos, orange blossom, vanilla and to finish a pressé de fraise-extraction fraise, cream and dragée ice cream. This escape is complemented by a fine wine list that Laurent the father will help you discover, while Laurence the mother goes around the tables to check that everything is going well. A few rooms to enjoy your stay longer and more fully.
