Chef's Restaurant A gourmet dining experience to accompany the splendor of the Château de Chantilly and its 5* hotel, taking on the airs of a legitimate lord. The beautiful dining room, with its Louis XVI furniture, does not deny the royal origins of the estate, maintaining a continuity of excellence also respected by chef Clément Le Norcy. The latter provides good food for a discerning clientele, who appreciate spider crab au naturel, mandarin and picardy goji berry perfume, tansy cream, sea bass seasoned with caviar salt, iodized gyoza and bok choy cabbage, rack of lamb and sweetbread bonbon, grilled leek and fresh blackberry, grand cru hot soufflé and namelaka ice cream. Signature menu at €155.
