Gault&Millau's review 2026

A royal setting close to the château, a restaurant with a reputation for high standards and fine manners based on noble products. Few dishes, the limited offer giving access to menus at €95 (Thursday), €145 and €195 on the hidden menu. In the middle of the range, soberly named "Quintessence and Signature", you can appreciate the virtues of the house, diligent service and plates that ring true: stracciatella and vermouth peas, melon and almond lobster, roast St. Pierre sausage barbecued with Cajun eggplant, squid ink lamb, grilled leek with black garlic, macerated strawberry and verbena ribot milk ice cream. Fine cellar of great labels.
